The fine print, plainly

No surprises in year two.

Because we build the site up front and carry that cost for you. You never pay a build fee — you pay one monthly amount, and two years is what makes that arithmetic work. After the term it continues month to month, and you can stop any time.

Complexity, not company size: number of pages and templates, whether you sell or take bookings, languages, integrations, and the level of support you want. We quote one flat figure on the call and it stays fixed for the whole term.

You own your domain, your content and your data from day one. The site's design and code stay part of the subscription — buying them outright costs whatever's left on your two-year term (nothing once the term is complete) plus 50% of the full two-year value. If you'd rather not buy it, nothing changes — your subscription simply keeps running.

You do — every site ships with a CMS built around your content, plus a short training session so text, images, prices and posts are yours to change. We keep the site itself running: updates, security, speed and any technical issue you hit.

Any time, and the term doesn’t restart. Growing into a shop or adding a second language is a conversation, not a renegotiation.
